Create a crystal clear call to action. If you sent a beautiful email newsletter that was a great read but didn't make it clear where to click/order/get-in-touch, then your newsletter isn't effective. So, make sure you outline exactly what you want your recipients to do, and then make it really easy to do it. Give them an idea of what they'll receive when they do it too. Something as simple as "click here for 10% off" will do.
